I have over 25 year’s experience in the commercial property and facilities management industry, managing a variant of properties, facilities and multi million-pound projects, always ensuring they are delivered to within budget, timelines and to industry standards. I have worked for and with some fantastic companies. Starting out as a Facilities Manager, I quickly expanded into Property Management working directly for property developers, blue chip property and FM companies. I have been very fortunate to have learnt both skill sets over my working life. I’ve managed many numbers of staff and contractors and I have met some interesting people along the way. I believe one of my strengths is my honesty. Complete transparency is key, be it with a client or contractor, you will be respected for that.

The commercial property industry is constantly evolving and I am always finding new ways to stay current, ensuring I can deliver the best practical advice for all my clients and be at the forefront of innovative design and build ideas when working on new projects and finding the most efficient ways of managing properties. I have always been passionate about the work I do. Taking the stress away from clients with their property issues, has always been the motivator for me. They can focus on the running of their business, whilst I assist in creating a safe, healthy, cost efficient and pleasant space for them to work from. I have always sustained good relationships with my clients, and this has lead to many repeat business opportunities and referrals.
