PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND STAFF RELOCATION

BT Global Services is a division of United Kingdom telecommunications company BT Group that provides global security, cloud and networking services to multinational companies worldwide, with operations in 180 countries. This project incorporated multiple disciplines, FM, property and project management strategically planning the relocation of staff whilst managing a portfolio of properties for the company. The implementation of procedure and process was key in this project ensuring all relevant regulations were adhered to.

OUTCOMES

Strategic planning of staff relocation resulted in substantial financial savings and improved efficiency/productivity of staff.

Efficient management of a portfolio of properties of 1.5 million sqft.

Liaison between client and landlord for lease negotiations across the estate.

Introduction of site manuals, processes and procedures to ensure compliance across portfolio.

Dealing with day to day management of hard and soft services across portfolio.

Identifying and managing clients requirements for building projects and office relocations. Ensuring moves/works were carried out with as little disruption to business.

Full project management of contractors to ensure building regulations, health and safety and work place regulations are adhered to. Interface between client and contractors.
