HOW THIS SOLUTION WORKS

The Property and FM consultant at Workspace Fusion will carry out the property selection, lease negotiations, tender selection and full management of the D&B or fit out companies.  We will tender, select and mobilise services and FM contracts. Also if required, we will coordinate the project management of the office move into or within  the space.

 

All aspects are managed with a full project timeline and budget costing plan.  JCT contracts for builds and FM, tenders and contracts are all issued in line with the clients requirements. We also provide processes to manage the on site services going forward. The business can then manage the FM service and on going compliance, once STEADY STATE is achieved at project completion

Through effectively managing the warranties provided from the fit out company, to support the maintenance of the building and ensuring selection of materials is durable and cost effective for ongoing maintenance.

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

A single source of information and building record is created. The FM service is able to be fully involved in the fit out collecting key documentation and knowledge of installations and the design. FM services can be scoped to dovetail effectively with the fit out design and adjustments made to maintain the key contract principles and vision. 

FIT OUT REVIEW

Real time review of the design, such as material selection for flooring, finishes, joinery fittings and furniture installation, for maintainability and snagging is achieved. Eliminating waste and lost time, whilst maintaining the project programme.
