The NHS is the UK's leading health care system, this project involved the review, planning, and cost management for the relocation of nurse staff accommodation in Birmingham. Achieving substantial savings for the NHS was a key objective which was successful in this project.

OUTCOMES

Reviewed existing portfolio of office accommodation of District nurses and Midwifes.

Put together a strategic plan to consolidate office space to maximise on office space and to reduce office portfolio space and output costs, to make substantial savings.

Arranged for project plan to move and refurbish space.

​

Carried out office moves and executed physical moves for staff in a 6 month phased approach.

​

Achieved office moves and made substantial savings for NHS.
